It is important that you are comfortable communicating with head office and do so regularly. The principle contact route is through the head Office on 0845 094 2881. It is our aim in addition to ongoing Head Office contact, to provide a regular visits by our Management Team, in order to conduct operational reviews.

Our Management Team is specifically there for you to help, support and develop your client base, your staff, your business and of course you the franchisee.

These visits should not be seen as us checking up on you but rather us helping you to ensure that things are going in the right direction, to answer any questions you may have and provide advice and assistance in dealing with the day to day running of your business.

We will aim to have regular team meetings to enable us to see how everyone is doing and to enable us to sit down and exchange ideas, discuss what is and what is not working for our franchisees.

These meetings are not just for our benefit but for the benefit of the franchisee, we hope that at these meetings people will be able to talk frankly and freely about their experiences bringing new and exciting ideas and approaches that will hopefully benefit not only us as a team but all of us in the servicing of our client base ensuring that we are using the best practices we can In order to promote total excellence training sessions covering every aspect of the business will be arranged. Training will be provided in all key aspects for the day to day running of the business to including :

  • General Cleaning
  • Buffer usage
  • Scrubber Dryer usage
  • PAT testing
  • Health & Safety
  • Wages Indents
  • Quoting
  • Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
  • Paperwork
