We will work very closely with you during the early stages of your business, providing help and support by using the procedures and knowledge we have gained successfully setting up other Franchisees.
After the training we will work with you to assist in building and developing your region. Advice on what has worked elsewhere will be shared and we will work closely with you to help you start the networking process and getting you started.
Marketing: Different things work for different people in different areas and it is likely that we have tried most types marketing you can think of. We have a good idea of what works and how to do it. Multiple strategies will be discussed during you training. We will be with you throughout and will sharing best practices of what has worked well in the past, other partners' ideas and successes, designing e-campaigns and other such strategies to make sure you leverage the MCS name and brand and your expanding across your region.
We work and adhere closely to standards and systems which have already proved to be a successful formula.
One of the main benefits of franchising is that it is a business partnership between Franchisee and Franchisor. Head Office support is essential, especially in the early days, and it will always be available. In the early days it will be you want us to have a more hands on approach, gradually stepping back and leaving you take full control of your new business.
